Session Length:
You may either schedule a 1 hour session and watch my process or if you don't want to stay connected, that is okay too. I will fill out a report for everything I found. It may take longer than 1 hour. The price is the same.
Basic Session Process (Remote): Whether we meet in person, or via Zoom or Google Meet, the effectiveness of the session remains the same.
✅ The person living in or leasing the space must give permission for the clearing. Energy work without consent isn't something I do
✅ In multi-unit buildings, I can only clear your individual space. Common areas and neighbours are off the table
✅ For commercial properties, permission must come from the owner or leaseholder, not an employee
✅ Following your clearing, please avoid spirit-inviting activities. Séances, Ouija boards, and similar practices can re-open what we just closed. Your space worked hard for that fresh start, let's keep it that way
REAL CLEARINGS | REAL RESULTS
Commercial Repair Shop: The new owner knew something was off. Customers weren't coming in, and those who did didn't stay long. The space carried the residual energy of the previous owner: anger, mistrust, and a heaviness that was hard to explain but impossible to ignore. After clearing, the former owner's energetic imprint and restoring the space, something shifted almost immediately. Customers started lingering, chatting, and simply not wanting to leave.

Small Shopping Mall: All six tenants had vacated a small shopping mall, and the owner was at a loss. Sensitive visitors reported uncomfortable feelings and unexplained sounds. During the clearing, several spirits were identified and moved on, portals were closed, and the space was sealed and protected. The owner never advertised and within weeks, he was fielding multiple rental inquiries out of nowhere and had two bays rented.

Towing Company: Tow truck drivers and the space they are in, absorb a lot, accidents, trauma, despair, and crisis, day after day. The vehicles themselves were carrying residual energy: hopelessness, anger, victim consciousness, and trauma. One truck in particular kept breaking down every few days with no mechanical explanation. After clearing each vehicle, I also sensed that two of the drivers were carrying the weight of years spent at accident scenes. With their permission, I cleared them too. The mechanical issues stopped, the energy of the business shifted, and the owner was stunned by how much changed.

Private Residence: A homeowner kept getting sick inside her house but felt completely fine the moment she stepped outside. Something in the space was affecting her physically. After a thorough clearing I also worked with her directly, teaching her how to stand in her own power and giving her follow-up practices to maintain the energy of her home going forward. The goal was never just to fix it for her, but to make sure she never felt powerless in her own space again.

Private Residence...The Child Spirit: A homeowner had been sharing her space with a child spirit for some time. Things moved around the house unexpectedly, and her cat who had a habit of dozing peacefully on a favourite chair would occasionally go flying across the room for no apparent reason. The homeowner wasn't afraid. In fact, she'd grown attached and was reluctant to let the child go. This wasn't a case of blasting and sealing. It called for patience, compassion, and honouring the homeowner's process. When she was finally ready, the spirit was gently assisted in moving on. The cat returned to napping undisturbed, and the homeowner described her space as deeply peaceful.
