Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment Requirement: Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will not be eligible for a refund.
No-Shows: Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show and no refunds will be issued.

Calls are done on Google Meet. Before our call, you might want to give your settings a quick once-over—especially the microphone. Sometimes it decides to take a personal day and refuses to work, just for fun. Trust me, I’ve wrestled with it enough times to know the pain.
